納豆汁スパゲティ
ご存知のように米国在住貧乏大学生な僕に、日本料理というのは高値の花（誤字にあらず）なわけです。
日本料理を外で食べようとすると、
１、目の前にあるテーブル大の鉄板で屈強な男達が調理してくれる焼肉レストラ
ン。ちなみに包丁を空中に投げるパフォーマンスとドスの効いた掛け声付。
２、目ん玉飛び出るような値段を請求されるスペイン系の方々が握る寿司屋。
アボガドが大半の巻物の中に入ってる。なぜか食事前に出てくるソムリエ付。
くらいしかありません。ま、そんなもんは論外なわけで、アメリカの脂っこい食事に嫌気を指すと大抵の場合「自分で何か作る」という選択肢しかなく、筆不精ならぬ鍋不精な僕もさすがに台所に立つわけです。料理を作るとなった際に必要なのが材料。大根、にんじん、納豆等ならまだ安価に手に入るのですが、レンコン、日本茄子、日本キュウリ、魚介類はなかなか手が出るものではありません。それにある程度作る手間も掛かってしまうわけで、どうしても忙しい時期にはハンバーガやピザ三昧な生活が続いてしまうわけです。
で、考え出したのがこの料理。その名も
納豆汁スパゲティ
引くなー。いや、美味しいんだって。何人かの方に試食していただいたのですが、かなり好評でしたよ。食べる前はみんな表情引きつってるけどね。
作り方（一人前）
１、鍋１でスパゲティを茹でる。その間に別の鍋２でコップ一杯文の水を沸かす。
２、鍋２の水が沸騰したら鰹節と昆布ダシを投入。さらにしょうゆを大さじ１入れる。お好みでネギやベーコンを入れるとさらにグー。
３、スパゲティが茹で上がったらお湯を切って底の深いお皿又はどんぶりに盛る。
４、納豆をスパゲティの上に乗せる。その上にバターを一切れ乗せる。
５、鍋２の中身を納豆の上からかける。
６、上から軽く鰹節をかけてからイタダキマス。
注：だし汁の量を増やすと、ラーメンのようになりそれはそれでグー。
いや、何をいまさらといった感じなのですが、「森のねこさん」にて納豆チャーハンなるものが紹介されていたので、軽く対抗心を燃やしてみたわけです。
納豆は世界に誇る日本の食品です。みなさまも忙しいときには是非。ちなみに、見た目がかなりアレゲなのでお持て成し用には向きませんのであしからず。
